Great looking hotel, good price-value balance. Breakfast food, especially fruit, cakes, cereals, meats and hardboiled eggs was outstanding. Big beds, Wi-Fi, climate control and balcony were a nice touch. A beautiful beach, great view. Also, I liked how marvellous the location was.

The personnel where more than helpful and they provided efficient service. Breakfast was relatively cheap, fruit, pastries, meats, cakes and hardboiled eggs - all good. This was an original hotel with a super central location. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Penzance;))

I enjoyed my time at the hotel, THANK YOU. Very attentive staff, gorgeous breakfast, glorious view, extraordinarily good value for money. Excellent bedrooms with fine beds. WiFi, iron/ironing board and free tea available.
Shame the bathroom was disgusting.

It deserves its 4 stars. Planned to see Penzance major attractions and it was ideal place for visiting all of them. Coffee/tea making facilities and coffee were good.

we would stay here again when visiting penzance. we appreciated location and rooms. host was lovely. plus, wi fi was available throughout the property.

We chose this bed and breakfast for its perfect location. Our room was good sized. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Truly enjoyed dining at The Promenade Restaurant, set within 10 minutes' walk...
